Meet Wayne

Wayne was involved with a chemical company but wanted to work in the sports industry. Wayne went on to pursue a career in sportswear and decided that he did not want to be a middleman. Wayne decided to purchase a embroidery machine and launched his company from there.

With over twenty years of industry experience, director Wayne Spagnol founded Hallmark in 1995, and has since grown the business into one of Sydney’s leading apparel manufacturers.

Wayne has been heavily associated in the football industry and has  received many awards and honors

Head Coach, NSW Referees Football Association

Referee, NSW State League Football Referees

Referee, National Youth League.

Mr. Spagnol attributes his success to satisfying the needs of customers and bonding with his clientele. He ensures that his word is his guarantee.
