Digital Transfer
A great alternative to screen printing for smaller runs, or when a more photorealistic finish needs to be achieved. Also used when your logo has many colours or gradients.
Vinyl Heatseal
Most commonly used for sports numbering and names, vinyl is also great for small run 1 colour logos, or when a metallic finish needs to be acheived. Comes in a multitude of colours and textures.
Direct to Garment
A relatively new process, direct to garment or ‘DTG’ uses a computerised screen printing machine to lay water based ink onto the specified garment. A softer finish to screen printing, as well as offering limitless colours. Recommended for large print runs.
Embroidered Appliqué
A 2 part process of using printed or dyed fabric, and adding embroidery to lock down the image to the garment, as well as adding texture to the look. Great for large or solid logos, and sportswear.
Woven
Similar to Appliqué, used on large runs to keep the stitch size down, as well as increasing the detail the can be achieved with small logos.
Badges
This can be a combination of all three processes, embroidery is used to finish of the border of the badge and a heat reactive glue is added to give ease to the customer of being able to heat apply to any fabric. Great for annual events and gifts, as well as for adding to already completed garments
